  • Free Shipping Policy

    All items are available with FREE Standard Shipping within the continental United States.  


    Most small packages are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the online tracking information when the order is shipped. In-stock items usually within ship 3-5 business days after the order payment is confirmed.


    Large furniture and oversized packages will ship as CURBSIDE DELIVERY and handled by motor freight companies. Each item is crated and transported on skid(s) and delivered to your curbside (which means that you will be responsible for bringing your order inside and setting it up). You will receive a call from the third-party trucking company to make delivery arrangements within 4-7 days after your order has been shipped.


    We also offer inside delivery for extra fees. Please contact us for the most updated rates and we will do our best to accommodate you.


    We ship all of our shipments out with a Signature Required. You may request no signature required on most FedEx and USPS shipments after your order has shipped by contacting the shipper directly.


    Larger orders that ship out via motor freight companies are not eligible for "no signature required," and someone must be home to accept and sign for the delivery (you will be able to schedule a convenient day/time for delivery with the shipper).


  • Cancellation & Returns

    Cancellation Policy: 

    Orders may be canceled free of charge anytime before they ship. Once an order is prepared to ship, the manufacturer's 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will apply. 


    Nevertheless, if you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. To cancel an order that has already shipped out, please refuse delivery. We will issue a refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return is received at our warehouse. Please note that while we offer free shipping, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on canceled orders after they have shipped out.


    Return Policy: 

    Please note that while we do offer Free Shipping, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred and a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise.


    Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization and return shipping information. If the return is due to an order being damaged, defective, or incorrect, then we will arrange for a prepaid return at our expense and issue a full refund shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. If the return is due to a reason other than the item being damaged, defective, or incorrect then the customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred. Please note that while we do offer free shipping on our website, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect. Before returning a product, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization by contacting us and providing the following information: customer name, item(s) to be returned, and the nature of the problem. You will be refunded the original purchase amount minus any applicable return shipping cost will be issued shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse.



  • Mattress Return Policy: Mattresses are non-returnable if opened or taken out of their plastic wrapping.

    Damaged or Defective Orders: Please refuse delivery if your order appears damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once delivery has been refused by the shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund or have a replacement shipped to you at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible if your order is delivered with concealed damage. Please include a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any additional supporting documents, like part numbers and pictures, emailed to us. Once we have received this information, we will file a claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf, and you will be given the option to have a replacement sent or receive a full refund.

  • Shipping Policy: Free Shipping on EVERYTHING WE SELL!!! Includes all shipments within the contiguous United States.

    Most smaller items will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground.

    Large items, like sofas and heavy beds, will ship as CURBSIDE DELIVERY via YRC shipping ABF freight. R&L Carriers, or another freight carrier (customer is responsible for bringing order inside and setting up).

    Inside-delivery can be added to most freight shipments for an additional $120 inside delivery fee

    Some of our items ship "Signature Required," so someone will need to be present to sign the order upon delivery.

    Larger orders that ship out via freight carrier are not eligible for "No Signature Required," and someone must be home to accept and sign for the delivery (you will be able to schedule a convenient day/time for delivery with the shipper).
